Being here with so many talented professionals and HR experts is a tremendous opportunity for any leader. It’s a chance not only to share your own experiences but also to learn from others. If you look around the room, the collective experience is immense-more than a thousand years of expertise gathered in one place. Events like this allow us to benefit from each other’s knowledge and grow together as a community.

It’s been a fascinating summit. I know this is now the 11th Annual HR TECH MENA summit, and the conversation is becoming more timely than ever. As we see AI increasingly embedded in human resources and the employee experience-and with data showing that AI adoption in HR has doubled in the past 12 months-this is truly the perfect time to be having these discussions.

The networking breaks have been excellent. I was impressed by the quality and diversity of the delegates, which led to a wide variety of engaging conversations. There was a strong level of maturity, with delegates not only networking with us as sponsors but also inspiring one another. This dynamic was clearly driven by the effective content at the start of the sessions, which focused everyone on the core themes for the day. Overall, the combination of high-quality content and a great mix of delegates resulted in truly positive and meaningful discussions.

This event has truly been thought-provoking. It has been fascinating to hear such a diversity of thought from the panelists, keynote speakers, and the many delegates I’ve met today. The mix of participants-from leaders of large organizations to start-ups-created a unique chemistry and brought a wide range of perspectives to every conversation. The energy throughout the day has been inspiring, and I am genuinely excited about the journey ahead.

The networking breaks were ample. I believe they were adequately spaced between the sessions so found the delegates to be energetic that is often something we are worried about between breaks. Especially in terms of quality of the delegates we believe that this is a niche event, niche summit which invited people who are particularly interested in HR techs application, in improving HR and delivering HR mandates to their organization.

A timely and enriching experience that helped us reconnect, recharge and gain fresh perspectives beyond daily work

It was a well organised event. Much appreciated the preparation and attention to details. Good networking opportunity and insights from sessions.

The amount of traction that we saw on our booth its very motivating I would say. We had really genuine conversations. And if I talk about the event I overall loved the event because of the quantity and quality that the speakers brought in.. Another good part was that I was able to connect with all speakers and have a really deep conversation about all the different subjects of HR. So, those were the key things which I enjoyed here.

This year is no different. It’s a brilliant fraternity conference where decision makers, influencers, and everyone related to the HR fraternity is present. It’s a great place to connect with potential partners. I’ve met many influencers and decision makers, and this usually brings the Great Place to Work footprint into the local HR fraternity, which often results in business relationships. It’s one of the most effective contemporary HR and technological forums in Saudi Arabia, and I think it’s one of a kind. I would definitely rate it a 10 because everything is so wonderful here.”

The organizers have been very supportive. What I am most excited about is the quality of participants, all the top organizations are here and the format event was set in such a manner that we got a lot of opportunities to network. If I describe my overall experience I would say it was the most productive engagement we had.

it’s a very good vibe, lots of senior delegates, impactful keynotes, I must say, very good speakers, so very, very educational and inspiring. I think the quality of delegates is really good. I am super impressed, it’s topnotch, very executive level delegates and great interactions with all the delegates that I met, so very good. Personally, I think I’ve made about 20 to 30 connections, and I hope to see a lot of business coming in. To describe the event in one sentence, I would say it’s bringing back the human and human resources because all the human connections I made were memorable and everlasting.
